Terms of Service

1. Operator and scope

These Terms are between you and PROWZI AI TECHNOLOGIES as the operator of the PROWZI service. They apply when you visit the PROWZI site, install or use the Android preview, or use PROWZI features including deeper-help functionality and credit packs.

2. Account use

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, device, and authentication credentials. You must provide accurate information and use PROWZI only for lawful purposes.

3. Credits, billing, and payments

PROWZI uses one-time credit packs for eligible deeper-help functionality. Credits are internal usage units only. They are not cash, not stored value, and not redeemable for cash.

• Credits are non-transferable.
• Credits are non-withdrawable.
• Credits are used only inside PROWZI for eligible features.
• The current model does not require a recurring subscription.

4. Refunds

Refund handling is described in the PROWZI Refund Policy. By purchasing credits, you agree that refund eligibility depends on that policy and any rights that apply under local law.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use PROWZI to:

• Break the law or violate the rights of others
• Attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service
• Upload malicious code, spam, or abusive content
• Abuse billing, refunds, or chargeback processes

6. AI output disclaimer

PROWZI provides AI-assisted outputs, summaries, and deeper-help responses. Those outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing them and deciding how to use them.

7. Intellectual property

PROWZI and its design, code, branding, and product content are owned by PROWZI or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Suspension and termination

PROWZI may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security risk, or use the service in a way that harms PROWZI, other users, or providers.

9. Warranties and liability

PROWZI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Changes and governing law

PROWZI may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, PROWZI will update the effective date and publish the revised Terms here. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the PROWZI operator, unless local law requires otherwise.
