Refund Policy
This Policy explains when PROWZI may issue refunds for one-time credit pack purchases used for deeper-help features.
1. Product model
PROWZI uses one-time credit packs for eligible deeper-help features. Credits are internal usage units only. They are non-transferable, non-withdrawable, and not redeemable for cash.
2. Unused credits window
PROWZI may review refund requests for a credit pack within 14 days of purchase if all credits from that purchase remain completely unused. Requests should be sent to support@prowzi.com with purchase details and the account used for the transaction.
3. No refunds after use or partial use
Once any credits from a purchase have been used or partially used, that purchase is generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law or where PROWZI determines that a technical failure prevented delivery of the purchased credits or related feature.
4. Duplicate charges and technical failures
If you were charged more than once for the same purchase, or if a technical issue caused a failed or incomplete credit delivery, PROWZI may issue a correction, replacement credit, or refund after review.
5. Chargebacks and abuse
Fraudulent, abusive, or repeated chargeback activity may result in purchase restrictions, loss of access to premium features, suspension, or closure of the PROWZI account, subject to applicable law.

Send refund requests to support@prowzi.com and include your PROWZI account identifier, purchase date, amount charged, and a short explanation of the issue.
