2. Billing and refund requests

For pack-purchase questions or refund requests, use support@prowzi.com and include the purchase date, charged amount, transaction reference if available, and the short reason for your request.

3. Privacy and legal requests

For privacy rights requests, legal inquiries, or formal notices, contact support@prowzi.com. If you require the current legal mailing address for a verified written notice, request it through that email.
