Refund Policy
This Policy explains when BETVAX may issue refunds for one-time credit pack purchases used for premium in-app actions.
1. Product model
BETVAX uses one-time credit packs for premium in-app actions. Credits are internal usage units only. They are non-transferable, non-withdrawable, and not redeemable for cash.
2. Unused credits window
BETVAX may review refund requests for a credit pack within 14 days of purchase if all credits from that purchase remain completely unused. The request must be sent to [TODO: support email] with purchase details and the account used for the transaction.
3. No refunds after use or partial use
Once any credits from a purchase have been used or partially used, that purchase is generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law or where BETVAX determines that a technical failure prevented delivery of the purchased credits or premium action.
4. Duplicate charges and technical failures
If you were charged more than once for the same purchase, or if a technical issue caused a failed or incomplete credit delivery, BETVAX may issue a correction, replacement credit, or refund after review.
Include transaction details, timestamps, and screenshots if available when contacting support.
5. Chargebacks and abuse
Fraudulent, abusive, or repeated chargeback activity may result in purchase restrictions, loss of access to premium features, suspension, or closure of the BETVAX account, subject to applicable law.
